I’m a CanFitPro-certified Personal Training Specialist with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. I also hold a certificate in Fundamentals of Fitness Leadership from Sheridan College, which I completed with honours.
I founded Divide Fitness Inc., a personal training studio focused on helping people improve their strength, mobility, and overall health. As Director, I work directly with clients and oversee a team of dedicated trainers who each bring their own strengths to our programs. Together, we help people reach a wide range of health, fitness, and weight loss goals through personalized, sustainable training plans.
Outside of the studio, I coach youth football as a way to give back to the community I grew up in. It’s a rewarding way to stay connected, while helping young athletes develop discipline, confidence, and a passion for teamwork.
I am a Registered Health and Exercise Practitioner (RHEP) through the Ontario Fitness Council, specializing in older adult training, resistance training, and personal training. Fitness has been my lifelong passion, and I began coaching in a gym at the earliest opportunity. At age 20, I graduated with a two-year Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion.
I bring eight years of coaching experience and six years of exercise programming experience, working with a wide range of populations and goals. My background includes designing Olympic and powerlifting programs, gymnastics-specific training, weight loss programs, youth and teen classes, senior-focused training, and dance-based fitness programs. I am particularly passionate about health education and delivering evidence-based, effective training models. Helping clients achieve meaningful improvements in their health and fitness is the most rewarding part of my profession.
I’ve been a certified personal trainer since 2009, after graduating from Humber College’s Fitness & Health Promotion program. I’m certified in fat loss, strength and conditioning, and injury prevention through NASM — but more importantly, I love helping people feel stronger, leaner, and more confident.
Outside the gym, I’m a diehard Buffalo Bills fan, I’m into hockey and baseball, and most Saturdays in the summer you’ll catch me shanking golf shots with friends.
If you’re ready to feel better, move better, and get real results — let’s make it happen together.
